What We Collect

  • When you book a call: your name, email address, company details and anything you choose to tell us in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which processes the details on our behalf.
  • When you browse the site: standard technical information such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through analytics and advertising cookies only where you have not opted out.
  • When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.

How We Use It

To arrange and prepare for your call, to reply to you, to keep a record of our conversations with you as a prospective client, to understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and growing our business, or your consent where the law requires it.

Who We Share It With

Service providers who help us run the business, including Cal.com (booking), Google Analytics (site analytics), LinkedIn (advertising measurement), Vercel (website hosting) and our customer relationship management and communication tools. We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where they are, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How Long We Keep It

For as long as we need it for the purposes above, normally no longer than two years after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep it longer for legal reasons.
